Picture Editors

Sumopaint
This application is great for those whom know what they're doing. Because of that I'd rate it as a harder one to use. For it requires a bit more experience for its in depth template. More for artistic creations rather than touch-ups to a self photo. A lot of its features require a premium membership to the website.

 Picmonkey
Picmonkey is one of the easier ones due to its easy set-up.  It's most definitely a more friendly website to amateur photo editors.  Because of this I would consider Picmonkey the easiest to use.  Although a majority of its features require a "Royal" membership

 Pixlr
Pixlr also has a more advanced interface similar to Sumopaint.  It would most definitely require the experience with a similar program to use. Because of this I give it the hardest to use.

 Fotoflexer
Is a photo editor designed more for photo touch-ups.  It includes features such as smooth wrinkles.

BeFunky
BeFunky is a photo editor designed for everybody.  It has tons of free features but also more paid features.  It has the most features out of each photo designer.  It includes touch-ups for photos anywhere of anyone with anything.  I say BeFunky is the easiest and most useful photo editing app.  It is definitely one I'd prefer to use.
